Barbara Bayne is a counselling psychologist who has been in practice for 24 years. She works extensively in the realms of mood and anxiety disorders, and has found an increasing demand to work with individuals experiencing chronic pain. Barbara is a passionate and engaged therapist who uses an integrative approach in her work, incorporating CBT, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness and behavioural activation.
Barbara is based in Fourways and has been excited to explore online psychotherapy in the last year which has allowed her to work both nationally and internationally. She has three children at university and lives with her husband and a menagerie of animals.
