Physical Activity and Pain In People With and Without Cancer

Exercise has been shown to be effective for chronic non-cancer pain, but evidence for its efficacy in cancer pain is less clear. A new study has shown that exercising for upwards of 30 minutes most days may help relieve pain in patients who’ve been diagnosed with cancer, evaluating the exercise and pain outcomes from 10,000 patients with a history of cancer.
