The council of PainSA wishes our members a prosperous new year, and we look forward to the continuation in 2023 of the successful Pain Academy events and the PainSA Congress in May.
We encourage you to join or renew your PainSA membership for the 2023 calendar year as soon as possible. If you have not already done so, please go to the link below to become a member. The fee is inexpensive at only R200 per year (R210 if paying through PayFast to cover the administrative costs) and free for undergraduate students (please email us to arrange).
Membership runs from January to December each year. We have an easy-to-use PayFast option to pay electronically – Once Off or Yearly Subscription. If you would prefer, you can do an EFT. Please can new members fill in the Registration Page first. You will then be directed to the payment page. All the above blue words are clickable links. The regional Pain Academy events will be in-person events again and will begin in March 2023. Attendance is free if you are a PainSA member.
The annual Congress will be in May 2023 in Johannesburg. As a member, you will benefit from a discounted rate. Registration fees for the Congress do not include PainSA membership.

2. You will receive printed and electronic versions of the PainSA Quarterly Journal.
3. Attend the annual PainSA Congress at a reduced rate.
